24 button or crimini mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp. fresh sage chopped
salt
pepper
3 oz cream cheese softened
6 oz white cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash mushrooms and remove stems, finely dice stems.
2. In medium skillet over medium heat, sautee garlic and mushroom stems until soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Stir in sage and season with salt and pepper and sautee for 1 more minute. Remove from heat let cool 5 minutes.
3. Mix cream and cheddar cheeses, add stem mixture and fold gently.
4. Spoon mixture into muahroom caps and place in prepared baking dish. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and mushrooms are tender.
