Italian or White Bread-cubed
Italian peppers- long, green ones
1 Tomato-diced
1can (anchiovies) alige with with oil- chopped
1 handful grated cheese
1 egg

Mix all togther.Cut tops off peppers and seed. Loosely stuff peppers. Fry in oil on the stove. You can add basil or garlic if you like but Aunt Phyl did not add either

She didn't give me exact amounts so you may have to experiment. Be sure the bread is wet enough so that when you fry it the breading holds together.
