1/4 instant minced onion
2 T chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp crushed dried red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1 T salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T cornstarch
1 T instant minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend throughly. Store in and airtight container up to 6 months.

Makes 6 packages of 2 tablespoons each of mix; which equals one 1.25 oz size Taco Seasoning.
