1/2 c water
1 T cornstarch
1/3 c brown sugar
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon]
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash cloves
2 tsp lemon zest
2 c fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan; mix together, cornstarch, sugar cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and lemon zest. Add lemon juice, water, whisk together until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; stirring until thickened. Reduce heat and add blueberries, cook until blueberries are soft, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Best served over ice cream, added to oatmeal, or served alone.
