Ingredients:
I used a 3-pound chuck roast

SAUCE IN ADVANCE

1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup dry red wine (I used Merlot which I am using a lot )
1/4 flour
2 tbs tomato paste
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce

INGREDIANTS

Chuck Roast, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions and whatever raw vegetable you want to add.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above all ingredients together. Then spread the mixture over the meat and vegetables. Cook at 350 degrees for about 3 hours or until meat and vegetables are done. When the meat is cooked the mixture will be thick enough for your gravy. If you have 4 or more people, I would suggest you double the ingredients.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sandy really liked the sauce and it did a little hit but not overpowering to the taste.

ENJOY!
