2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
1 cup oil

Icing:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb confectioners sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and eggs well. Add oil and beat throughly. Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt, beat well. Add pumpkin and beat on low speed until all ingredients are mixed well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until done.

Icing:
Let cream cheese and butter soften. Then cream together. When mixed well add sugar and vanilla. Beat well and spread when cake is cooled.
