6 ears corn
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp onion (chopped)
2 tbsp pimento (chopped)
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in a large kettle; bring to boil. Add corn, cover, return to a boil. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Drain and cut off kernels (makes about 3 cups). Place corn in shallow 2 quart baking dish. Spoon green pepper, onions and pimento over corn. Sprinkle dry ingredients over vegetables and toss to mix well. Beat eggs and milk until blended. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until custard is set.
