1 raccoon
barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up raccoon and bake at 350 degrees with salt, pepper, and onions until tender, one half to one hour. When tender add barbecue sauce and put back into a low temperature oven, basting with sauce, for a while longer. Extremely tender and delicious.

Barbecue Sauce:
1 onion
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt

Depending on animals size, you may need to double or triple barbecue sauce ingredients.
