6 to 8 boar chops
seasoned salt
lemon juice
brown sugar
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all fat from chops; sprinkle both sides with lemon juice and refrigerate for one hour. Place in baking pan in a single layer. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar (about one and one half tablespoons per chop). Pour milk over meat, cover and bake in 375 degree oven for one to one and one-half hours or until tender. Baste occasionally and remove cover last twenty minutes of baking time.
