2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust (9 inch)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer, using paddle attachment on medium speed, until creamy. Add sugar, beat until well blended, then add sour cream, lemon juice and lemon peel; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg, until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Bake at 325º for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. You can top with any pie filling you like!
