4 pheasant breasts
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
4 to 6 tbsp butter
1 med onion chopped
2 cups half n half cream

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and bone pheasant breasts and cut in half. Put flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a plastic bag and shake to mix. Shake pheasant pieces in the flour mixture to coat. Heat four tablespoons of butter in a skillet and cook pheasant until well browned. Remove pheasant pieces to a baking dish. Add butter to skillet if needed and lightly brown onion. Stir well to pick up pheasant bits. Stir in cream and stir to get all scrapings from pan. Pour over pheasant. Bake at 350 degrees, basting often, for thirty to forty minutes, or until done. Serves 4 to 6.
