Dough:
1 Osem Flour Package
2 Egg yolks
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1/2 c water

Cheese Mixture:
4 egg whites
1 c sugar
2 vanilla powder packets
2 tbsp corn starch
2 yolks
3 white Israeli cheese (5% or 9%)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients. Dissolve yeast in water and pour into dough. Knead dough and divide into two parts.

Whip egg whites and sugar. Mix in vanilla powder, corn starch, egg yolks, and cheese with mixer.

Grease a cake pan. Roll 1/2 of dough and place on pan. Pour cheese mixture, then roll and place second 1/2 of dough on top. Make holes on top dough with a fork.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
