2 cup sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
1 bag mini marshmallows

ICING

2 sticks butter
⅓ cup evaporated milk (pet milk)
⅓ cup cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300º

Cream sugar and butter with mixer
Add eggs and beat
Add flour, cocoa, vanilla, and salt.
Pour in 9x12 baking dish
Bake 45 minutes

For icing, melt butter, milk, and cocoa over medium heat. Add powdered sugar.

Remove cake from oven. Spread marshmallows and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour icing over top.
