1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1/4 c Chopped Onion
1/4 c Chopped Celery 1/4 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt 3 1/2 c Chicken Broth
2 c Shredded Cabbage 1 c Chopped Carrots
1 c Frozen Peas, thawed 1 c Ham, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in oil until tender. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Add cabbage and carrots. Reduce heat and cover, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in peas and ham, cook 3 minutes. Serve.
