2 lb hamburger
1 egg
1pkg onion soup mix
1/2 c bread crumbs

Sauce:
1 (15 oz) bottle hot tomato ketchup
1 (10 oz) bottle apple jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix into small balls. Put small amount of flour on wax paper and place palms of hands on flour and roll balls, brown slightly.

Sauce:
Melt ketchup and jelly together while making balls on low heat with cover. Drain balls on paper towels. Place balls into sauce and simmer for 1 hour on low heat.
