2 cups zucchini
1 small onion
1 cup Italian-Style Breadcrumbs
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Grate zucchini and onion together. Add all ingredients in with the zucchini and onion. Drop patties from spoon in hot oil and fry until brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with your favorite tarter sauce or cocktail sauce.
