One (750ml) bottle crisp white wine, preferably Sauvignon Blanc
¼ cup peach eau-de-vie
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 to 3 cups mixed fruits, such as thinly sliced peaches, strawberries, lemon, oranges and/or raspberries
1 small lime, halved and thinly sliced
Ice cubes

1). Combine the wine, eau-de-vie, and orange juice in a pitcher and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and preferably 24 hours before serving. When ready to serve, stir in the fruit. Serve in white wine glasses over ice garnished with a lime slice.
