1 (32 oz.) bag frozen Hash browns-Southern Style (Diced) not grated
2 bunches of small green onions (Use some green tips)
or ¾ CUP of regular onions or mix-----cut UP
1 (14 oz.) Can Chicken Broth (We use 100% Fat Free-Swanson's) 3 cups
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can each, Undiluted: Cream of Celery SOUP and Cream of Chicken
SOUP (We use Campbell's 98% Fat-Free)
2 cups Milk (We use Fat-Free)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine Frozen Hash Browns, Onion, Chicken Broth, and water in a large pot. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in Milk, Soups, Salt, and Pepper. Heat thoroughly. * We eat on this for about 3 days with cornbread muffins. It can also be frozen. * Easy Potato Soup--Everybody loves it!
