3 8-oz cream cheese
1 sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham crumbs, margarine and 1/4 c sugar. Press into bottom of springform pan. Bake according to package directions.
Combine softened cream cheese,1 cup sugar, 2 tsp vanilla and eggs (1 at a time). Beat well.
Pour over crust.
Bake 350º 1 hour. Take out and set 5 minutes.
Combine sour cream,1/2 cup sugar and 2 tbsp vanilla. Beat well.
Pour over cheesecake and bake topping 5 minutes.
Refrigerate.
