Preheat to 350º
Grease sm casserole dish or pie plate

3 c zucchini sliced & quartered
1 sm onion, chopped
4 eggs beaten
½ c vegetable oil
½ c grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
½ tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 c Bisquick
1 tsp parsley flakes
½ tsp oregano
Directions:

Mix all together & pour into greased dish.
Cook 30 min or til top is brown.
Serve hot, with fruit or salad.
