1 1/2 C flour, sifted
1/4 t salt
1/2 C oil
3 T milk

Directions:

Sift flour and add salt

Combine the liquid ingredients and stir with a fork to thoroughly mix them

Add liquid ingredients to the flour and make the dough

Place dough between two pieces of wax paper and roll out to a quarter inch thickness

Place in the pie tin

This recipe makes one out of two crusts. Repeat for the second crust.
