Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c water 1/3 c vegetable oil 3 large eggs
Pudding 6oz box cook and serve vanilla pudding 2 3/4 c milk
Topping 3/4 c sour cream 1 1/2 c powdered sugar 2 c cool whip
21 oz can blueberry pie filling

Directions:Preheat oven to 350° spray a 9 x 13 cake pan In the mixer, combine cake mix water and eggs mix well then add in oil and mix Pour cake mix into the sprayed cake pan and bake for 30 minutes poke large holes in the cake after it is done baking.
While the cake is baking make the pudding mixture. In a pan combine milk and pudding mix. Cook and stir until it comes to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Cool in refrigerator.
Topping: i’m a bowl mix together the sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold and Cool Whip and mix. If you want the topping thicker add more powdered sugar.
After everything has cooled assemble the cake. Spread blueberry pie filling over the top of the cake. Spread the pudding over the blueberry layer. Frost with topping mix. Refrigerate and enjoy!
