1 ⅔ Cup of Water, or Vegetable broth
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of packed Brown sugar
¼ Teaspoon of Garlic powder
2 Tablespoons of Corn starch
1 Pound of Beef sirloin, cut into strips
1 Teaspoon of Vegetable oil
4 Cups of Broccoli florets
1 (14 ounce) can of Beef broth
2 Cups of cooked White rice

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine water/broth, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and corn starch, mix until smooth. Set aside.

Slice meat into thin strips.

In a large skillet/wok, heat oil over medium-high heat, add beef, and sauté the meat until browned and juices evaporate (about 3-5 minutes per side). Add in broccoli and corn starch mixture into meat. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently (about 3-5 minutes). Serve over the cooked rice.

You can use other types of meat if preferred.
