Egg Foo Young:
4 Eggs
1 (8 ounce) Can of Bean sprouts
⅓ Cup of Green onions, thinly sliced
1 Cup of Onions, finely chopped
½ Cup of Celery
1 Cup of Cooked small shrimp
¼ Teaspoon of Garlic powder
2 Tablespoons of Vegetable oil

Sauce:
2 Cubes of either Chicken or Vegetable bouillon
1 ½ Cups of Hot water
1 ½ Teaspoons of Soy sauce
6 Tablespoons of cold water
1 ½ Tablespoons of corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a large bowl, add bean sprouts, onions, shrimp, and garlic powder, and stir together.

Heat oil in medium skillet or wok and egg mixture ½ half cup at a time. Fry until golden brown (about 4 minutes per side). Repeat for remaining mixture. Set aside, keep warm.

To make the Sauce.
Dissolve the bouillon in the hot water in a small saucepan, add white sugar, and soy sauce and blend well over medium heat. Add cold water and corn starch and stir until thick and smooth.

Serve over Egg Foo Young or serve on the side.

Note: You can use other meat but be sure to cook thoroughly first.
