½ Tablespoon of Vegetable oil
1 Pound of Pork chow mein meat
¾ Cup of Vegetable broth
¾ Cup of Stir Fry Sauce
2 Teaspoons of White sugar
2 Tablespoon of Water
2 Teaspoons of Corn starch
1 Teaspoon of Garlic, minced
¼ Cup of Soy sauce
10 Sugar Snap Peas
¾ Cup of Sliced Mushrooms
¾ Cup of diagonally sliced bamboo shoots
¾ Cup of celery, chopped
1 Carrot, cut into thin strips
½ Cup of Water Chestnuts
¼ Cup of green onion, chopped
4 Cups of cooked rice, or chow mein noodles

Directions:

Whisk water, and cornstarch together in small bowl, until smooth.

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil or medium-high heat, until browned (5-7 minutes), stirring frequently. Add garlic, soy sauce, peapods, mushroom, bamboo shoots, celery, carrot, water chestnuts, and onion, cook for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add broth, stir fry sauce, and sugar, stir to mix. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes (until vegetable are tender, but still slightly crisp). Add corn starch mixture, stir and cook until thickened. Serve over cooked rice or chow mein noodles. You can add other vegetable as desired, but additional cooking time may be needed.
