1 cup Peanut butter
1 cup Butter
4 cups sifted Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Melt peanut butter and butter in microwave on low 10-15 seconds at a time, stir and repeat until all melted and combined. Stir in vanilla. Add sugar 1 cup at a time and stir, repeat. This should form a “dough-like” consistency. Press into lightly buttered Brownie pan with spatula or wax paper. Chill, cut, enjoy.

This is not Gram’s official recipe. She was a pinch of this and dash of that lady. This recipe was made by one of Brenda’s coworkers-turned-friends and she about cried at first bite. It was as-close-to, if not identical to the creamy squares of heaven Gram used to make her, cause Gram knew it was Brenda’s favorite.
