4 strips bacon
2 T. butter
1 lb. brussels sprouts
1/2 large onion, chopped

Note: I used frozen brussels sprouts and cooked in microwave according to directions, did not use fresh.

Cook bacon in large skillet until crispy. Remove to paper towel. In same pan with bacon fat, melt butter over high heat. Add onions and Brussels sprouts. Cook, stirring occasionally until sprouts are golden brown - about 10 minutes. Crumble bacon and add before serving.
