1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
t Tbsp sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.

Heat lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter on griddle; brown on both sides and serve hot.

I add 1 cup fresh blueberries and make blueberry syrup

1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp cornstarch and 1 cup water boil for 3 minutes; add 1 cup fresh blueberries heat for 8 minutes and add 1 Tbsp butter for last minute.
