1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
4 oz. corn meal stuffing mix
⅓ c. milk
6 oz. can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well (excluding tomato paste). Place in a greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. Top with tomato paste; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
