1 3/4 cup cake meal
1/2 cup potato starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter or oil
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream sugars and butter
Add eggs and beat well
Blend soda and vanilla
Add cake meal and potato starch
Combine well
Add chips
Chill one hour

Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet

Bake 375º fir 8-10 minutes

Chill dough at least one hour or overnight, scoop into balls and freeze
