For the Salad:
1 head of cabbage chopped or 1 1/2 packages of chopped cabbage with carrots
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 pkgs. chicken or beef Ramen noodles (While the noodles are still in the packet, use a hammer or meat tenderizer to break into small pieces.)
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds

For the Dressing:
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. white wine or apple cider vinegar
1 seasoning packet from Ramen soup (If you prefer not to use the seasoning packet, use 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar and 1 Tbsp. soy sauce.)

Directions:

Combine slaw mix, onions, almonds and sunflower seeds. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Just before serving, add crushed Ramen noodles and mix well.
