Italian Breadcrumb

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash the artichokes and cut the tips off. Spread out the leaves to make room for the stuffing
2. Toast the Italian Breadcrumb
3. Fill each leaf with breadcrumb
4.Put the artichokes in a pot and add water to cover half the artichoke
5. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil over the artichokes and cover the pot
6. Cook about a half hour
7. Be sure to add water as it evaporates during cooking
8. Every so often check to make sure the artichokes do not stick to the bottom of the pot
9. The artichokes should be fully cooked in 1 – 1 ½ hours
