Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Thinly sliced beef I used some sirloin steaks and sliced thinly. And of course broccoli. And half a whole yellow onion diced. Ok so I mixed about 2 tbsp of grated fresh ginger and 4 cloves of garlic also grated 4 Tbsp of brown sugar 3/4 cup of soya sauce, 3 tbsp of cornstarch, about a tsp of sesame oil and good tbsp of oyster sauce. Mixed it well. So added about 2 tbsp of oil to wok added onions when heated cooked about 4 minutes and added beef strips. Meanwhile I had started egg noodles for 10 minutes and steamed broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes. So cook meat and add the sauce and stir to cover and thicken. Add broccoli and then drained noodles BUT do keep some pasta water cuz you add about 1/2 cup to the mix to make sure everything is coated once mixed well remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on and THEN fill your face! Lol. You can cook noodles and broccoli prior to cooking beef just try to keep warm. Quick and easy meal in less then 20 minutes if you have stuff prepped in advance!
