½ c butter
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1 ½ c. sugar
1¾ c. flour, sifted
4 TBSP sour milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Frosting:
5 TBPS brown sugar
2 TBSP butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 TBSP milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar; add mashed bananas. Sift together flour and baking powder, add to banana mixture. Add sour milk, soda and chopped walnuts. Beat well. Add one egg at a time, beating between eggs. Bake in a shallow 9x13" pan at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
For Frosting:
Melt brown sugar with milk and butter; boil 1 minute. Let cool then beat until creamy, adding vanilla and enough powdered sugar until easily spreadable. Frost cake when cool.
