2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 9-inch frozen pie shell
1 c. ham, diced
8 slices pasteurized process cheese (like Velveeta)
15 large black olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
dash of nutmeg
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Take 1 pkg. of thawed spinach and spread evenly in bottom of the frozen pie shell. Sprinkle with the diced ham and lay cheese slices on top. Cover with the other pkg. of thawed spinach and the black olives. Mix together 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, a dash of nutmeg and the vegetable oil; sprinkle over the top of the pie. Bake in preheated oven fo 45 minutes. Makes one 9” pie.
