1lb. button mushrooms, sliced
3 T. olive oil
3 T. butter
1 large clove of garlic, sliced
1 T. red cooking wine
1 T. teriyaki sauce, or to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt, or to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms to pan along with sliced garlic, cooking wine, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper. Cook and stir until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5-8 minutes more.
