2 1/2 bags popcorn (microwave, popped)
1/2 cube butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 can sweet condensed milk
1/2 c. Karo Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, condensed milk and Karo Syrup in saucepan and bring to boil until soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Mix with the popcorn evenly so all the popcorn is covered.
