6 cloves garlic, chopped
5 T orange juice, fresh squeezed
1/4 c peanut oil
2 T fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 T soy sauce
2 T Asian chili paste
2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. Use immediately, or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Marinate poultry, meat, seafood or vegetables.
