4 pork chops, cut 1 inch thick
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 T olive oil
1 T rosemary, chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, lemon rind, oil, rosemary, basil and pepper.

Place pork chops in a large plastic bag; pour in marinade, seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Drain and reserve marinade; brush chops with marinade while grilling. Grill chops over medium coals about 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
