1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (8-3/4 oz) whole kernal corn, drained
1/4 c. water
1 envelope sloppy joe seasoning mix
Jiffy corn bread mix
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown beef with onions; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, corn, sloppy joe seasoning; cook over medium heat untill bubby. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes; remove from the heat and set aside. Spread corn mix on bottom of pie pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of the cornmeal and then place the meat mixture over cheese. When finished, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.
