1 medium carrot
1 potato
1 small onion
1 small tomato
2 tbsp oil
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, wash, and quarter vegetables. Heat oil in heavy pot over medium heat. Saute onion until transparent. Put chicken in hot oil and brown on all sides. Pile vegetables on top. Season with salt and pepper, pour in chicken broth. Simmer for 1/2 hour, adding more broth if necessary.
