2 eggs lightly beaten
8 oz sour cream
½ cup vegetable oil
1-16 oz can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1-16 oz bag frozen niblet corn, thawed


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in the order given. Pour mixture into a sprayed Corning Ware dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
