1/2 medium cucumber, thinly slice
1/4 tsp dill
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 c plain low-fat yogurt
1 lb cod fillets or Black Sea bass
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumber, dill, onions, salt and in the blender, blend well. Pour into a small bowl. Set aside.

Arrange fish on a roasting rack. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with wax paper. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Don't over cook. Remove too platter. Set aside.

Microwave cucumber - dill sauce on high 1-3 minutes. Stir occasionally until heated; pour over fish fillets and serve.
