½ inch ginger root
2 medium pears
6 slices pineapple
3 oz. water
1 shake of ground cloves
1 vial of royal jelly from Health Foods store (immune booster)
20 drops of licorice root tincture or 3 tbsp. strong licorice tea or use 1 tbsp. Ninjom herbal syrup.

Directions:
Directions:
Juice the ginger and follow with the pears and pineapple. Add water. Shake in the cloves and heat gently in sauce pan until juice is nice and warm. Do not boil. Drop in the royal jelly and licorice or herbal syrup.
Pour into mug and sip slowly.
