2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil from sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1 lb. shrimp
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 teaspoon basil
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, cut into slivers
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup vermouth
1 cup heavy cream
10 oz. dry linguine
Fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic and tomato oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp sauté 6 minutes. Transfer to a dish. Set aside. Add onion, basil, tomatoes, broth, vermouth and cream to the skillet. Boil, uncovered, over high heat until reduced to 1˝ cups. Add shrimp and stir until heated through. Meanwhile cook linguine them add pasta to shrimp sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
