1 lemon
½ c sugar
1 c whipping cream
3 egg whites


2 c graham wafer crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grate and squeeze the lemon and add the sugar. Whip the whipping cream and add to lemon mixture. Whip 3 egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Mix the graham wafer crumbs and butter. Put ½ the crumbs in the bottom of an 8 x 12 inch pan.

Put in the lemon mixture and top with the rest of the crumbs.
Freeze and slice into squares to serve once dessert is frozen.
