4 cups leftover macaroni and cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup homemade bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Using the leftover macaroni and cheese, make 2 tablespoon sized balls. Set aside. In a bowl, which egg and milk. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and paprika. Place the mac and cheese ball in the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Place on a parchment paper baking sheet. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Preheat air fryer on 350º. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until light and golden on the outside. Enjoy!
