1 package macaroni and cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 can peas, drained
1 can Spam, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package. Add soup, milk, and peas; blend thoroughly. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350º for about 1/2 hour. Arrange Spam slices on top, bake about 10 minutes more.

I learned this recipe from an old roommate when I lived in Albany NY in the 1980s. It's easy, fast, cheap, and good.
