1 (6 ounce) package fresh blueberries
1 pizza crust
For the Cheesecake filling:
1 cup whipped cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
For the Streusel Topping:
4 Tablespoons cold butter cut into pieces
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup flour

For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Prepare pizza crust, making sure to pierce with a fork to prevent bubbles. Pre-bake for about 8 minutes. Don't allow to brown.
2. Prepare cheesecake mixture by whisking the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Spread over pizza crust. Top with fresh blueberries.
4. Prepare streusel topping by crumbling butter either by hand or with a pastry blender into flour, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the blueberries.
5. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes. Don't let it get too brown. Cheesecake will be set.
6. Remove and let cool for a couple of minutes while you prepare the glaze. Drizzle glaze over warm pizza. Slice and serve.
