2 pounds cooked and cubed chicken breast
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
2 cups slated cashew halves
2 celery ribs, sliced spall
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon tarragon or white wine
Lettuce leaves, optional
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients: set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and vinegar. Mix well. Pour over chicken mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve in lettuce lined bowl or on bread.

If making ahead I would wait to add cashews to keep them crispy.

Joycie was a great, great cook. Delicious dishes, larges and always enough. She had a great decorating flare. Also, she seemed to never forget her grandchildren, great grandchildren, or great great grand children at holidays, or birthdays. She always tried to let them know she cared.
